"Reserved seats worked well"
I was able to pick my reserved seats easily, and the tickets came through fast. The seat map was a little slow to load, which was kind of ridiculous, but it wasn’t a big deal overall

"Season passes are much easier now"
I’ve been using GoFan for my kids’ school games, and the season passes have been simple. I can pull mine up quickly when we get to the gate, I don’t have to search through a bunch of old emails every time.

I did have to send one pass over to my wife once, and that went through without any trouble. It’s not anything fancy, but it does what I need and keeps me from having to keep track of paper tickets.

"Helpful support when I needed it"
My ticket didn’t show up right away, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quicker than I expected, later that same day, and gave me a few simple things to check. It did take one more message to get everything fully sorted, so it wasn’t perfect, but they were friendly and actually useful. I’d use them again.

"Made game day easier for this parent"
As a parent trying to keep up with my kid’s football schedule, I really appreciated how quick and easy gofan.co was. I searched the school name, and the game popped right up with the correct date and school. I’ve used other sites that showed outdated info or the wrong events, so it was a relief not to deal with that. Buying tickets ended up being way less of a hassle than I expected

"GoFan Worked Just Fine for Me"
I don’t really get why some people make it sound complicated, because buying our tickets on gofan was super easy. I picked the game, paid, and the tickets were right there on my phone pretty much right away. No cash, no printing, no extra hassle. We got to the gate and it worked like it was supposed to, so I’ve got no complaints.

"Sharing tickets was more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
Buying the tickets was fine, no real issues there. But then trying to transfer and share them with my friend was… kind of annoying. The link didn’t show up for them right away, so we kept refreshing, texting back and forth, and sending screenshots just to make sure we weren’t missing something.
It did work eventually, so I’ll give it that, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. For something people are using at busy school events, you’d think it would be a little more straightforward, you know?

I used both the app and the website to get my tickets, they both seemed to load quickly. I wasn’t totally sure how it would go at the gate, but there were no issues at all. It was easy enough, and I’d probably use it again.
